Turkeys attack truckers

Some aggressive wild turkeys are causing trouble at a Jackson business. The turkeys have attacked truck drivers and mechanics at Tri-County International Trucks.

Employee Dave Dodes said the turkeys are "not afraid of traffic, and now they chase people around." He said they’ve been spotted around the business for a long time but recently turned aggressive.

Dodes said a driver who dropped off his truck for service Friday morning was kept inside his vehicle by three turkeys. A worker went outside to create a diversion, and both men were chased inside the building.
